Achievement-reporting to President Ho Chi Minh and Party-admission Ceremony

Attending at the Ceremony were Mr.Thai Son - Member of Party Committee Executive Board (MPCEB), Deputy General Director of Song Da Corporation, Mr.Dang Anh Vinh - MPCEB, Secretary of Song Da Corporation's Communist Youth Union, Mr.Nguyen Thang Long - Company's Party Committee Secretary and General Director and all Party members, personnel of the Company.

In celebration of 80th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on Feb.03, 2010 morning, the Party committee of Viet-Lao Power Joint Stock Company organized Achievement-repoting to President Ho Chi Minh and Party-admission Ceremony at Ho Chi Minh's Tomb - Ba Dinh Square.

On behalf of the Communist Youth Union of the Company, Secretary Luong Hong Quan reported the accomplishments achieved by the Union in 2009 in productive labour, study, culture, society, sports, charity..., which greatly contributed to common archievements of the Company throughout the process of estabishment and development.
One of the meaningful results achieved by the Communist Youth Union in the past year is training and recommending to the Party its following outstanding members to join the ranks of the Vietnamese Communist Party today:

Member Nguyen Dinh Thi
Member Ngo Van Tung

At the ceremony, all the party members and personnel of the Company toghether review glorious history of the Vietnamese Communist Party. On February 03, 1930, the Vietnamese Communist Party was established, which marked an important turning-point of Vietnam's revolutionary history. During the past 80 years, under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, Vietnamese people successfully carried out two resistance wars against the French colonialists and American imperialists to struggle for independence and freedom, build the socialism, enter a period of industrialization, modernization and international integration.

In the past years, the Party Committee of Viet-Lao Power Joint Stock Company always showed interest in development work of party members, particularly for young people. Last year, on the occasion 119th birthday anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 2009), Party Committee of the Company also organized a Party-admission ceremony at K9 Historical Site - Da Chong - Ba Vi - Hanoi. Through these activities, the Party Committee of the Company implemented political education work and intensified political thought for its party members and personnel practically and vividly.

Closing the Party-admission ceremony, all the personnel of the Company paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum. The Party Committee of the Company laid a wreath carrying a slogan "Forever be grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".
