On March 29, 2016, Xekaman 1 Power Company Limited successfully carried out installation of Rotor of Unit 1 as a result of tireless efforts of Company’s entire employees and subcontractors. Under the close and drastical direction of Mr. Le Van Ton – member of BoDs of Song Da Corporation – Chairman of BoDs of Viet Lao Power Joint Stock Company – Chief of Project Executive Board, all necessary preparations for installation work was completed at 5AM, 4 and half hours ahead of the official ceremony.

People witnessing the installation process all seemed breathless when the 350 ton rotor (considered heart of the Powerhouse) was lifted and hung in the midair. However, due to proper prepreations and effective cooperation of AH experts , rotor was succcefully installed at 4PM the same day.
